Lookin awesome David..the tri's in the first pic and bi's in the last one are crazy cut...wow!! thanks bro i just been cuttin up and real real low on the carbs for about a week and half now but next week i will be back on my creatine(volu-gro)and it has carbs in it but hopefully i can keep the rippage and gain lots of strength cuz this week im noticing im just no losing some power ince ive been off the creatine but soon i will be lifting like a monster and i can go pretty heavy for 145 pounder |
