so not going to lie I'm kind of annoyed..I paid a one month membership for this site and got pretty well nothing!! I saw a few random pics and honestly from what I saw advertised I thought there would SOO much more!! Also, any video that I wanted to view would not play..AT ALL!! I went and followed the directions for help..which they did not..and then I even got to talk to someone annndd still nothing got fixed! So basically I paid for a full months membership and got a look a a few pics...OH! annnddd when I went to go into the chats a few times they wouldn't work..it's got nothing to do with my computer because I've tried one several others...mac, pc..laptops, desktops...UGGHHH!!! All I wanted was some pics and videos of Andy and a few others..I was so sad when I couldn't get any...I thought this site would have much much more too offer....I'm quite dissapointed..

Well bud I dont think to many others are having the same problem as you. You should try another connection....not just another computer. Im no tech wiz but I reallly think something on your end is screwed up.

who did you talk to? i don't see any posts in the problems forums from you so how can we know you're having issues? if people don't post that they are having issues, we can't help resolve them. your last post before this was in January, and you didn't respond to my post to you, so i assumed you figured it out and you were fine.

Andy content would be in the members section of guyswithcams.com which you get access to through the camwithhim.com members area. again you could have posted to ask where specific things were if you couldn't find them and an admin would have gladly assisted you. But to say that we have only a couple of photos is just silly.

were you actually logged into the Members section? I ask because that is where all of our content is. AND chats may not have worked for you if you entered the free chatroom link on the free side of the site.

i moved this to the problems forum and steve will take a look at it. i'm sorry for the issues you were having, but it seems to be something centralized around you, no one else has the issues of nothing working.

I know I did have a little trouble logging into the chat a couple times when I was away on business the last two weeks; but I attribute that to the hotel connection.  Some of the archives were down for a couple days- but other than that...everything seems to be ok.

There are so many cool people here who are willing to help; it'd be great if you'd just contact one of us....and not go away frustrated.....we're like the Government; we're here to help!

ps- Andy has always been one of my top two favorites....he has not chatted for many months, but I have alot of his archives...if the site has no problems with it, I'd be more than happy to try sending one to you

Not sure if you use firefox, but I have used it, and it takes the latest flash upgrade in order for the chat section to work properly.   I found Internet Explorer 8 to be much easier.  Some of the security features in Fire Fox make it difficult to work with.  One other thing that tripped me up a bit.  The name and password you use for forums isn't necessarily the same one you use for the member site.  Sometimes people think it is, and they find that they use a lot of the member features.  I know I am not explaining that very well, but it happened to me briefly.  If you post on the forums anywhere from 930 PM on, there is almost always someone online who will help you.

Of course, I know it's frustrating when you really want to download a video of someone, and things don't seem to work, but maybe give it another shot.

The version I started with didn't have the latest updates.  FF is working fine now, was just wondering if that might have been her issue.

i dunno, but i have my mac and it wasnt working then and i also tried on my sisters dell laptop and i still couldnt soooooo i dunno....but i was super sad...i couldnt see the videos:(
