Noone can really answer it though Angie, since none of the specifics and any details have been given to us. That's often the thing with basic questions on forums unfortunately. It's one thing to hand out broscience for the sake of it, but it's another to accurately give individual specific advice to a relative stranger.
There's no concrete blanket response to such broad questions, that everybody out there does differently anyway.
why is healthy food so high how much do u guys spend on it?...is 100% whole wheat good bread?
Depends what kinda food you were looking at buying. If you buy things in bulk for example, it isn't actually that expensive. If you're a brand whore for example, then yeah things are gonna get higher, but if you buy the basics you can save a ton of money. Try to shop at independent markets also, as they sell their produce for a lot less than the mainstream supermarkets. Likewise local butchers and chicken shops and fish markets etc. instead of the supermarket meat aisle. You can cut a really good deal.
I spend $250 weekly, mostly on meat however. I go through about 1.5kgs a day of it.
As for bread, whole wheat or wholemeal or whole grain varieties are your best bets. So if you like your bread, don't feel as if you have to cut it out. There's absolutely no reason to.
