Last weekend I really wanted to play some Frisbee golf and I also wanted to work out, but didn’t have time for both.  I told my friend I would go but I had to do 40 push-ups at every hole. So I did 80 before I left home in-case I wasn’t able to keep up on every hole.

40 push-ups at every hole is 720 for 18 holes. I did 10 extra on my last set so I had completed 810 push-ups before going home.  I was so close to 1,000 I decided to hit that mark after I got home.  So I even impressed myself with 1,000 push-ups in about 2 hrs 30 mins.  The round of Frisbee golf only took an 1 hour 30 mins, then I had to drive home.  I’m not sure exactly how long it took to complete.

I also ran 4 miles in 29 minutes a couple days ago. I had done almost the same run the day before so I wasn’t on the freshest legs either.  I get my tonsils out in a week and a half……then I’ll be screwed.

Well I have some very unfortunate news, and I know you will all be saddened.  I’m only doing ONE member chat this month on Wed 15th.  I probably would have gotten in more, but Panama City Beach, FL calls… and thats a call I’m definately answering.  I just hope they can handle the GWC crew.  I know they ladies can’t, but we will definately be handling them!!! Or I will be I can’t speak for everybody….but I pretty much have an insatiable appetite.

I’ve been working out hard lately and taking lots of protein supplements, I hope my snowboarding trip in the morning doesn’t throw me off too much.  I forgot to bring my protein and creatine on my 2 night trip.  Not tackling any big mountains, I’m not sure what this place will be like, but I’m sure it will be fun.  Its just close to my freinds house, and its his first time snowboarding.  I’m an old pro…. although its been a few years since I’ve done it… I remember the first time I tried snowboarding and I was surprised how fast I picked it up.

This year I will be sporting a black speedo, I hope I’m not the only one man enough to strip down to the skimpy suit.  Not b/c I want to see it… but because Steve-O does…. hehe.  Good call on the sunglasses Steve, I remember going out to the beach in the morning 2 years ago there and its so hard to keep my damn eyes open.  I really hate wearing sunglasses though, my eyes are my best weapon against the elusive bikini tanners!
