Cam Guys Blog – Get to know our cam guys

CamWithHim is hosting an Iron Man Competition for all of the cam guys as well as the public as well. Want to compete with us? Now’s your chance!

Here’s how it’s going to work. We are going to collect videos from the contestants performing the exercises below:

- Most Pullups and/or Chinups using proper form

- Most Pushups using proper form

- Most Situps using proper form

- Most Barbell Bench Press Reps of your weight and/or Max Bench as a % of your weight using proper form

- Most Barbell Military Press Reps of your weight (sitting or standing) using proper form

- Most Squat Reps of your weight and/or Max Squat as a % of your weight using proper form

*and/or means you may submit a video of both if you so choose.

All videos must be submitted by August 1, 2009. The contestant who submits the most videos with the best performance will win. All videos will be featured in our members area. If you’re not a cam guy, you will win a year membership! If you are a cam guy, you will get paid per video for content on the site. Happy lifting!
