i used to write, i sometimes wonder what happened to that guy…

heres something i threw together in the last lil bit, so its not that good…
i was listening to colbie cailet sing “battle” i like that
i like to listen to music when i write…or i did, lol

silhouettes
thats been my life
all black and white
that and those shades of grey

echoes
thats what i hear
not the real thing
just that, whats left over

empty days
chasing lonely nights
day after day, time passages
sand tumbling down the hourglass

you
coloured it in
music to my ears
meaning to every breathe

no longer a solo dance
taking a chance
trying again

I like it will. If you through this together that quick, I can only imagine how good one can be when you actually take your time and write one. I’d love to read some more one day.
