Oh it is almost that time where we get to stuff ourselves with the best food around. Thanks-diddily-do woo hoo. So this year I don’t get to go home and celebrate the festivities with my family. That is ok though because I have a significant other who I will be spending the holiday with. The only thing that is going to concern me is the good cooking. It is hard to cook for two people and I don’t know of any good family recipes for this special occasion. It is just two of us and I intend of doing a majority of the eating. I want to stay health conscience though during the meal. The problem is I don’t know what to make. Durr turkey of course but what else? How many sides do I need? Thats the main thing I will miss, all the side dishes. If I was home I’d be able to eat all the random side dishes that everyone makes. What I really love to do is take my mashed potatoes and dunk it in the corn and scoop it with a piece of bread… MMMM Anyways any dinner ideas for me would be nice, if not have a good holiday!
