Well this past weekend I went back home to see my family.  I had a pretty awesome time and it was good to see everyone that I did.  I got to see my friend Rob who is one of my best friends.  i didnt get to see him last time I was home, so seeing him this time was a must.  I even played some flag and touch football, which I havent played in a long time.  Watching football all the time got me missing it, so it was good that I got to play.  But now as I sit here and type my body just aches so bad!  My legs are killing me, even worse then doing my leg exercises in the gym.  You totally work muscles out running around that you dont while in the gym.  Today my gym was closed bc of the holiday so im taking the day off working out.  I have my show tonight so I’ll prolly do a short workout then.  On Sunday I also got to see my other best friend and hung out with him and tried my luck at a tournament of Texas Hold’em.  I didn’t do very well, but it wasnt for all that much money and it was just fun to play.  Came home late last night and felt so sore from football, I just unpacked and crashed.  Hope everyone had a great weekend and has a wonderful week!
