MOVING!!
Yup thats right I have been packing this last week and moving stuff over to my new place. Im going to have a roommate now to cheapen the cost. I plan on getting a place of my own in a year or so, so im saving every bit i can. I wil hopefully be fully moved by this weekend. My next member chat Monday the 25th will be broadcasted from my new apartment. Here are some pics of how it was before my roommate moved in.

Hopefully by early 2008 the housing market will have cratered and you can pick up a house or condo for considerably less than it cost last spring. The news today was that home prices declined during the past year for the first time since 1995. I think the roller coaster still has some ways to go on the down slope.
